Dit heeft de digitale transformatie in het onderwijs grotendeels ondersteund, maar heeft ook enkele aspecten aan het licht gebracht waar we in het verleden geen rekening mee hebben gehouden. Leraren moesten niet alleen digitale hulpmiddelen kunnen gebruiken, maar ze moesten zich ook bewust zijn van de sociale, emotionele en affectieve aspecten van het op digitale technologie gebaseerde onderwijs. Veel leerkrachten<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> konden sommige tools wel gebruiken, maar hadden niet de vaardigheden om ze op een pedagogisch effectieve manier in te zetten. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Om dit probleem aan te pakken gaat het D-Paideia project <strong>het DigCompEdu kwalificatiekader bijwerken<\/strong> om rekening te houden met deze aspecten die uit de pandemische ervaring naar voren zijn gekomen. Er wordt ook<strong> een curriculum ontwikkeld om leerkrachten en praktijkmensen (van alle niveaus) te trainen in deze vaardigheden.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bovendien gaat het <strong>een methode ontwikkelen en ondersteuning bieden aan onderwijsinstellingen<\/strong> om pedagogische digitale strategie\u00ebn te ontwikkelen die hen zullen helpen om hun inspanningen te co\u00f6rdineren in het kader van een schoolbrede aanpak en onderwijs te bieden in een digitale omgeving die van hoge kwaliteit en inclusief is voor alle leerlingen, met name leerlingen uit achterstandsmilieus die meer steun nodig hebben van hun school en hun leerkracht.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>  De doelstellingen van het D-PAIDEIA-project zijn :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update en aanpassing van het DigCompEdu-framework, rekening houdend met de ervaring van de covid19-pandemieperiode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cre\u00ebren van een kader dat de digitale omgeving vaardigheden met betrekking tot sociaal en emotioneel leren en nieuwe pedagogische benaderingen zal omvatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
